First Time Customers
If this is your first time ordering from HemoStat, welcome! We’ll need to get you set up in our system. Please use this customer form.
We understand that freshness of animal blood is a priority for most applications. Most of our products are shipped on test, and QA results are only sent in the case of a positive. Results are emailed directly and to as many contacts as you specify.
Certificate of Analysis
Upon request, your COA will be sent via email automatically when your order is shipped. Please let us know if you need these results to be sent to multiple contacts.
Standing and Recurring Orders
If your application requires a regular shipment, we’d be happy to work with you to set up a recurring order that works for your production schedule. Please email our customer service team to get started.
Custom Orders / Unique Requests

We accept Visa, MasterCard and American Express. For those customers that are Net 30, invoices will be mailed out every two weeks. To sign up for paperless billing, please email our finance department.
Orders for standard items placed before 12:00 pm PST can be shipped same day for next-day delivery.
We ship with all major delivery services, including FexEx, UPS and DHL. You can specify your preferred shipping company, or we can help you select the best solution for your needs.
Most countries require specific documentation to import animal blood products, and the correct paperwork is needed to pass through customs. Our experienced team can walk you through any needed licenses, certificates and permits that will help your order travel smoothly.
HemoStat Laboratories is approved by the USDA as compliant with European Union Regulations (EC) 1069/2009 and (EU) 142/2011.
Orders that fall on a holiday are shipped the next business day unless other arrangements are made. For international shipments and in the case of a Friday holiday, special arrangements must be made with the forwarder and the carrier. Holiday schedule.
Keeping our products cool is imperative to minimize any possible microbial growth. To maintain safe temperatures while traveling, each order is shipped in an insulated container with gel ice. There is no charge for these supplies on orders over $50.
For domestic orders, we recommend a maximum shipping time of two days to maintain the correct temperature. International orders are packed with extra gel ice, and recommended to ship over a maximum of three days.
When your order is received please unbox immediately and refrigerate. Inspect the packing list and product labels to ensure the order is correct. If you notice anything unusual or have any issues, please contact us immediately.
